We only purchase assets that cash flow from day 1 with a detailed and carefully planned value-add strategy.

We focus on 50+ space parks and avoid the problems and expenses of majority home owned parks, allowing tenants to own their own homes and handle their own maintenance. We focus on Tier 3-5 cities outside of Tier 1-2 cities, reaping the benefits and overflow from high rents and the ongoing exodus of urban communities.

Management

Asset Management

Asset management is performed in house and given the utmost pride and attention to detail. Within this division of MRE we are constantly searching for traditional and innovative ways to increase revenue and decrease expenses. We focus on using technology and tenant relationships as well as constantly communicating with our property management team.

Property Management

Property Management is the front line contact with our tenants therefor we expect the best from ourselves or from our hire management teams. For small to medium sized multi-family and self storage MRE keeps property management in house. For all other sizes and asset types we hire the premiere company local to the asset’s area.

Investor Communication

While it is industry standard to communicate at minimum and disburse investor’s cash flow quarterly or even yearly, we take the extra necessary steps to not only build relationships but disburse checks monthly.
